Cairo - Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing announced that Shareholders of record till close of trading today 22 November are entitled to the dividend distribution.
The coupon No. 21 will at EGP 1.25 per share and will be distributed over two installments at EGP 0.75/shr and EGP 0.50/shr on 25 November and 27 January respectively.
Earlier, the company's shareholders meeting decided to cut the value of the dividends distribution from EGP 1.48/shr to EGP 1.25/shr.
The Housing firm saw an increase of 11.4% to EGP 205 million in net profits for the fiscal year ended June 2015, compared with EGP 184 million a year earlier.
