Cairo – Mubasher: Record date for Kafr El Zayat Pesticides is 24 April 2016, the Egyptian Exchange said.
Earlier, the company’s ordinary general meeting approved paying out cash dividends at EGP2.40 per share, totalling EGP19.207 million for the fiscal year 2015.
The payout will start from 28 April 2016.
The company reported a net profit of EGP31.3 million for 2015, compared to EGP30.8 million a year earlier.
