Cairo - Mubasher: Madinet Nasr Housing and Development said shareholders of record until 3 February would be entitled to its bonus shares at 0.5 to 1.
The bonus shares distribution comes in the framework of raising the company’s capital to EGP 275 million.
The company said it would start distributing the bonus shares starting of 4 February.
The real estate developer reported net profits of EGP 215.2 million in 2014, up 15% from EGP 186.9 million a year earlier.
