Cairo – Mubasher: Middle Egypt Flour Mills said Sunday that shareholders of record until 4 December would be entitled to cash dividends at EGP 1.75 per share, according to a bourse filing.
The dividend payout will start on 7 December 2016, the filing revealed.
Earlier, shareholders approved paying out EGP 1.75 per share, totaling EGP 25.76 million for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2016.
