Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Beni Suef Cement said Sunday that shareholders of record until 25 September would be entitled to its cash dividends at EGP 1.5 a share, totaling EGP 112.5 million for the fiscal year 2015, according to bourse filing.

The company will start paying out the dividends on 28 September 2016, the bourse statement revealed.  

Earlier, the cement producer reported a 70% increase in profits for the second quarter of 2016, reaching EGP 33.1 million ($3.7 million), from EGP 19.5 million ($2.2 million) for the year-ago period.

The company is capitalized at EGP 750 million, divided into 75 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
