Cairo - Mubasher: Mohandes Insurance said Thursday that shareholders of record until 27 December would be entitled to its cash dividend of EGP 2.5 per share.
The company will distribute coupon number 35 over two installments, as the first one will be of EGP 1.25/shr on 30 December, while the second one will be in 28 April.
The insurer reported net profits of EGP 8.8 million in the first quarter of 2015, up from EGP 3.01 million a year earlier.
