Cairo – Mubasher: Paint and Chemicals Industries (PACHIN) said Tuesday that shareholders of record until 19 September would be entitled to 1-for-5 bonus shares' distribution, according to a bourse filing.
The distribution is scheduled to start on 20 September 2016 in the framework of issued capital top-up from EGP 200 million to EGP 240 million.
The hike is financed from the legal reserve registered in the financial statements for the period ended on 30 June 2014.
The company plans to raise its authorized capital to EGP 500 million from EGP 200 million.
