Cairo - Mubasher: Pioneers Holding Company for Financial Investment said shareholders of record until 10 August would be entitled to its bonus shares at 0.25 to 1 .
The bonus shares distribution comes in the frame work of the company’s capital increase from EGP 2.8 billion to EGP 3.5 billion, up by EGP 708 million.
The capital increase of EGP 708 million will be financed from the legal reserves and will be distributed across 142,000 free stocks at EGP 5 par value each.
Pioneers reported an increase of 73% to EGP 802.35 million in net profits for 2015.
