Cairo - Mubasher: Pioneers Holding Company for Financial Investment said shareholders of record until 10 August would be entitled to its bonus shares distribution at 0.25 to 1.
The bonus shares distribution comes in the frame work of the company’s capital increase process.
The company will raise its capital from EGP 2.8 billion to EGP 3.5 billion, up by EGP 708.4 million.
