Cairo – Mubasher: Prime Holding Company said Thursday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved a proposal to distribute cash dividends of 12.5 piasters per share for fiscal year 2016.
Shareholders of record until close of trading on 11 April are entitled to the dividend distribution, said a bourse statement.
Dividends will be distributed as of 18 April.
