Cairo – Mubasher: Qatar National Bank Al Ahli (QNB Ahli) said Tuesday that it will start distributing 1.49-for-10 bonus shares to shareholders of record until 19 October.
The bank will start distributing the bonus shares as of 20 October, according to a bourse filing.
QNB Ahli’s general meetings, ordinary and extraordinary, earlier approved to increase the capital by EGP 967 million to EGP 7.4 billion from EGP 6.45 million through distributing 1.5-for-10 bonus shares.
