Cairo - Mubasher: Raya Holding for Technology said shareholders of record until 9 December would be entitled to its bonus shares at 0.2 to 1.
The bonus shares distribution came in the framework of the company's capital hike.
The company raised its capital from EGP 420.5 million to EGP 504.6 million, up by EGP 84.1 million distributed across 16.8 million shares at EGP 5 par value each.
Raya reported net profits of EGP 86.19 million for the first nine months of 2015, up from EGP 17.3 million a year earlier.
