Cairo – Mubasher: Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG Holding) said Wednesday that coupon number 4 will be paid at 14.5 piasters per share in two instalments.
The first instalment will be paid at EGP 0.073 as of 26 April, while the second will be paid at EGP 0.073 as of 5 July, said a bourse filing.
Shareholders of record until close of trading on 20 April are entitled to the dividend distribution.
