Cairo – Mubasher: Upper Egypt Flour Mills will distribute cash dividends at EGP 6.75 per share, to shareholders of record today, Sunday, 13 December, for the fiscal year 2014/2015.
The dividend distribution will be effected as of 16 December.
The company’s ordinary general meeting earlier approved the dividend payout at a total value reaching EGP 47.25 million.
