Riyadh-Mubasher: Red Sea Housing Company said Sunday its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on 3 December gave the green light for relocating the head office from King Abdullah Economic City to Rabigh Governorate.
In addition, shareholders approved the resignation of executive board member Joseph Vecchiolla, as well as concluding an annual lease contract with Commercial Development Group.
