Redcon Medical launches EGP 2bn project in Egypt

Cairo – Mubasher: Redcon Medical Parks has launched its EGP 2 billion Alburouj Medical District in Egypt, chairman and managing director Hazem Ashry revealed on Monday.

The first phase of the medical project is currently underway and includes a fully-furnished medical building covering an area of 11,000 feddans, the top official told reporters at a press conference.

The project is part of medical complex covering an area of 33,000 square metres, Ashry revealed, noting that he expects the first phase to be completed by 2020.

The complex is also home to three other medical buildings, the chairman said.

The project houses a complex of clinics, a pharmacy, physical therapy centre, diagnosis centre, laboratory, along with some restaurants and cafes.

Redcon Medical’s complex is located in Capital Group Properties’ (CGP) Alburouj city. CGP is owned by Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG) and Al Ain Properties, which over prime locations worldwide.
