Kuwait-Mubasher: Refrigeration Industries and Storage Co’s board decided to submit a request to Kuwait’s Capital Markets Authority (CMA) regarding the final withdrawal from Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE), according to a bourse statement.
The delisting decision was due to the completion procedures of restructuring the company, the weak trading activity, as well as the stock’s market value which does not reflect the book value.
On KSE’s level, the stock was last traded on 4 May when it rose by 1.64% to 310 fils.
