Kuwait- Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Kuwait Remal Real Estate approved electing 5 members for the company’s board for the three years 2016/17/ 18, according to a bourse filing.
The OGM appointed Dherar Abdullah Al Nassar as the chairman of the company and Ihab Hakim Hamouda as the vice chairman and CEO.
The company stated that Abdul Rahman Abdullah Al-Kandari, Khalifa Mohamed Ali Ghanem and Hamad Safar Jassem Al Buraq were chosen for the board.
Moreover, it re-elected Badr Abdel Al Gadir from Russell Bedford (Badr Abdel Al Gadir International and Partners) as an auditor for Remal for the fiscal year ended on 31 December 2016.
Plage International Real Estate Company is the major shareholder in Remal; it owns 44.5% stake in the company.
