Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwait Remal Real Estate said Monday a court of first instance nullified a preliminary contract concluded between the company and Reem Marzouk Al Ghanim.
The court also ordered Remal to pay back KWD 1.1 million to the defendant.
Al Ghanim earlier claimed KWD 2 million in damages from the company.
The company said it would appeal the court ruling.
