Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Remco for Tourism Villages Construction will be held on 5 May 2016.
The ordinary meeting will consider withholding 2015 cash dividends based on the proposal of the board.
Moreover, the ordinary meeting will look into a number of further items, including the financial statements as well as the reports of the board and auditor for the fiscal year 2015.
The company reported a net consolidated profit of EGP55.8 million for 2015, compared to EGP72.2 million for 2014.
Meanwhile, the standalone results revealed that 2015 profits grew to EGP7.3 million from EGP6.1 million a year earlier.
