Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Research and Marketing Group announced on Sunday that the company’s managing director, Azzam bin Mohammed Al Dakheel, has resigned for personal reasons, effective Sunday 29 January.
According to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), Ghassan bin Abdulrahman Al Shibl, has been appointed to the position, effective the same date.
The board’s decision is yet to be approved by the company’s next general assembly meeting.
Azzam bin Mohammed Al Dakheel was appointed as managing director on 13 December, after the expiration of Saleh Bin Hussain Al Dowais assignment.
