Cairo - Mubasher: Raya Contact Center’s consolidated financial results released Sunday showed a 29% year-on-year increase in profits in the third quarter of 2017 due to a growth in revenues.
The firm achieved profits of EGP 42.5 million in Q3-17, compared to EGP 32.99 million in Q3-16, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Raya Contact Center’s revenues jumped to EGP 196.2 million in Q3-17 from EGP 139.6 million in the year-ago period.
Moreover, profits soared to reach EGP 123.9 million in the first nine months, compared to EGP 52.7 million in the prior year period.
As for standalone results, Raya Contact Center’s profits rose to EGP 81.05 million in the first three quarters from EGP 44.34 million in the same period last year, according to the statement.
The company previously stated that the firm achieved profits of EGP 41.3 million in Q2-17, versus EGP 11.8 million in Q2-16.
