UAE – Mubasher: Rimera Group, the oilfield services division of Russia’s Chelpipe Group, announced the opening of its wholly-owned subsidiary Rimera Overseas DMCC in Dubai, the UAE.
This key step aims at promoting the integrated oilfield services of Rimera Group in the global market, according to a press release.
These services include the manufacture and supply of oil extraction equipment and maintenance of oil extraction equipment and oil country tubular goods (OCTG).
Mikhail Belov, general director of Rimera Group, commented: “Opening Rimera Overseas in one of the Middle East’s centres of business and finance is a new step in our company’s export strategy.”
“The launch of this subsidiary is in line with the client-oriented business strategy carried out by ChelPipe Group. The company is getting closer to the foreign consumers in order to quickly respond to their demands and to provide goods and services of high quality,” Belov added.
Moreover, the group has appointed Sergey Mikhailovsky, who held key positions in major Russian oilfield services and steel companies such as Novomet Group and TMK GIPI, as the CEO of Rimera Overseas.
