Riyadh – Mubasher: Riyad Capital announced a cash dividend distribution of SAR 34.3 million to Riyad REIT Fund unitholders for the first half (H1) of 2020.
The distribution will be to 171.7 million existing units, at SAR 0.20 per unit, according to a stock exchange filing on Wednesday.
The amount represents 2.10% of the unit’s initial price and 2.06% of the net asset value (NAV) as per the latest financial statements issued on 30 June 2020.
Eligibility of dividends will be to the unitholders registered in the records of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Monday, 7 September 2020, the end of the trading day on 3 September, while the distribution will be paid within 15 working days from the due date.
