Riyadh – Mubasher: Riyad Capital has announced a SAR 42.92 million cash dividend distribution to the unitholders of Riyad REIT Fund for the second half (H2) of 2020.
The cash dividends will be paid out over 171.697 million outstanding units to record SAR 0.25 for each unit, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The cash dividend distribution stands at 2.63% of the unit's initial price and 2.61% of the net assets value as at the end of 31 December 2020.
The cash dividends will be paid within 15 business days post the eligibility date.
