Cairo – Mubasher: Roaya Group will invest EGP 200 million in New Cairo in 2018.
The real estate firm will pump investments in implementing 200 residential units in the neighbourhoods of Lotus, Andalous, and Beit el-Watan in New Cairo, Roaya chairman Ezzat Zahran said in a statement on Monday.
Zahran added that these residential units range in size between 110 and 320 metres, noting that Roaya offers several facilities that suit the real estate market.
