Dubai - Mubasher: Oriental Pearls has announced that its new project “Royal Pearls” is set to be completed by 2022.
The 4.6 million square foot community offers more than 7,000 premium freehold apartments, according to the company’s statement.
Royal Pearls is located in Meydan Master Development in Dubai, with more than 10% of phase 1 of the $5.7 billion project already complete.
Enabling work for the first 12 towers is finished and the anticipated completion for all units is scheduled for November 2019, according to the company’s vice president of sales and marketing, Tariq Jarrar.
