Cairo – Mubasher: Rubex International for Plastic and Acrylic Manufacturing said Wednesday that its rights issue was covered 91.107%, according to a bourse filing.
The total number of subscribed shares amounted to 9.11 million shares in the two phases, the bourse filing indicated.
Rubex seeks to raise its capital from EGP 50 million to EGP 100 million, up by EGP 50 million distributed across 10 million shares at EGP 5 par value each.
On Tuesday, the stock quote was placed at EGP 5.13 with a 2.66% slide.
