Mubasher: Russia has revealed plans to pump investments in Bahrain’s oil and gas sector over the coming period, the Russian minister of trade and industry told Russia Today (RT) channel.
A group of Russian companies, including Rosneft Oil Company, Gazprom, and Lukoil, are expected to start collaboration with Bahraini partners in the near future, Denis Manturov on the sidelines of the Russian-Bahraini intergovernmental commission meeting.
In the same vein, Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry has signed a deal with Russia's biggest wheat firms to turn the GCC nation into a hub for exporting Russian wheat and legumes to the Middle East countries.
The minister also highlighted the complex geophysical operations managed by Russian firms for the favour of Bahrain's Oil and Gas Holding Company (NOGA Holding).
