Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Media has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Rossiya Segodnya International News Agency “Sputnik”, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The deal was signed by Turki bin Abdullah al-Shabanah, media minister, and Dmitry Kiselyov, director-general of Sputnik.
Both parties seek to implement projects designed to develop media coverage, in addition to objective and professional coverage of various events in the political, economic, social, cultural, humanitarian, sports and other domains.
Under the deal, Sputnik will establish an official representation headquarters in Saudi Arabia.
