Cairo – Mubasher: Trade exchange between Russia and African countries stood at $20.5 billion in 2018, the Egyptian minister of trade and industry Amr Nassar said.
Russian exports to African nations registered $17.5 billion, while African exports to Russia amounted to $3 billion, Nassar added in a statement on Wednesday.
Egypt seeks to set up a free trade zone with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) to boost trade exchange with EAEU member states, he noted.
