Mubasher: The Russian Central Bank lowered its key interest rate on Friday by 0.5 percentage points to 10.5% from 11%, according to a statement.
The country’s inflation reading came at 7.3% for a third consecutive month in May.
The central bank lowered the kay rate for the first time since August 2015.
