Mubasher: Russian oil exports are expected to reach more than 253.5 million tonnes by the end of 2016, around 4.8% more than its levels in 2015, according to the Russian deputy energy minister.
Kirill Molodtsov added that exports are expected to exceed 279.4 million tons in 2017, according to Sputnik News.
The deputy minister also explained that export levels depend on the OPEC output deal.
