Riyadh-Mubasher: Standard & Poor's (S&P) has maintained its 'BBB' rating for Wataniya Insurance Co., with negative outlook, the insurance firm said in a bourse statement on Sunday.
Last month, the company said the financial advisor is preparing the capital increase documents to submit them to the Saudi market regulator.
