Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Standard & Poor's Ratings Services (S&P) revised its outlook on Abu Dhabi-based Aldar Properties to positive, according to a recent report.
The rating agency affirmed its long-term corporate credit rating on Aldar at -BBB and the short-term credit rating at A-3.
The positive outlook reflects S&P’s view that Aldar could strengthen its financial risk profile more than expected as a result of the collection of government receivables.
