Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Basic Industries Corp (SABIC) signed a cooperation agreement with Chinese Sinopec to develop petrochemical projects in both countries.
The two companies are looking forward to set up joint projects, including Chinese investments, in the Kingdom, SABIC said in a statement.
The petrochemical firm added that both parties will explore new investment opportunities in their joint project Sinopec SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Co Ltd.
King Salman started his Asia tour on 26 February and is supposed to visit the Maldives and Jordan after China.
