Riyadh – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of the Saudi Basic Industries Corp (SABIC) approved appointing Abdulaziz bin Saleh bin Mansour Al-Jarboo as the new chairman as non executive member.
The EGM also approved naming Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan was appointed as the deputy chairman and the CEO and executive member, Fahad bin Abdullah bin Abdullatif Al-Mubarak as non-executive member, Calum Mclean as non-executive member, and Roberto Gualdoni as non executive member.
The shareholders approved the amendments of SABIC’s articles of association in accordance with the provisions of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 476.
