Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Basic Industries Corp (SABIC) ordinary general meeting agreed on distributing cash dividends at 30% of capital for the second half of 2015, according to a statement posted Tuesday.
SABIC will pay SAR 3 per share, with an overall amount of SAR 9 billion ($2.39 billion), starting from 24 April.
In the first half of 2015, the Saudi giant petrochemical producer distributed 25% cash dividends or SAR 2.5 per share, with a total of SAR 7.5 billion. Thus, the overall dividends distributed in the fiscal year 2015 reached 55% of capital or SAR 5.5 per share.
