Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) said it would distribute total cash dividends amounts to SAR 36 million at SAR 1.5 per share that represents 15% of the stocks par value for the second half of 2016.
Shareholders of record date until 28 December 2016 would be entitled to the dividends distribution.
SACO capitalized at SAR 240 million distributed across 24 million shares at SAR 10 par value each.
