Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Co’s (SAFCO) stock on Thursday fell 2.38% to SAR 66.80, hitting an all-time low in six months or since 25 July 2017 by 12:10 pm KSA time on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
On the back of the drop, the stock led the bourse’s losers.
SAFCO’s stock saw trading of 162,300 shares, through 557 transactions, with a liquidity of SAR 10.85 million.
In the meantime, the benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) jumped 0.42% or 31.64 points to 7,510.73 points.
Earlier on Thursday, SAFCO stated that its net profits plunged 76.71% to SAR 62.51 million year-on-year in the fourth quarter of 2017, from SAR 268.4 million in the year-ago period.
The company’s profits fell 15.2% to SAR 878.63 million in 2017, compared to SAR 1.04 billion a year earlier.
