Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Grains Organization (SAGO) will offer this year’s fourth tender to import 715,000 tonnes of wheat for the period from November 2020 to January 2021, state-run Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Thursday.

SAGO’s governor, Ahmad bin Abdulaziz Al Fares, said the offered quantity is distributed on 12 vessels; six at Jeddah Islamic Port, five at King Abdulaziz Port Dammam, and one at Jizan Port.

The offering comes within the framework of SAGO’s plan to preserve the strategic wheat inventory and meet the local demand.
