Riyadh-Mubasher: The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) said its board has appointed Abdallah bin Jumah as chairman, starting from 14 February 2016 and until the end of the current term on 13 February 2019, according to the lender’s filing to the Saudi bourse.
The board also formed the subcommittees; the executive, audit, risk and nomination and remuneration committees.
