Cairo-Mubasher: Société Arabe Internationale des Banques (SAIBANK( said it proposes $20 million dividends distribution for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2015.
The lender’s dividends distribution stood at $16 million in 2014.
SAIBANK net profits reached $41.3 million in 2015, up from $31.06 million in the previous year.
Meanwhile, the lender said it plans to raise its number of branches to 40, within the upcoming two years in the framework of its expansion plan.
