Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits after Zakat and tax of Saudi Advanced Industries Company (SAIC) hiked by 249.55% to SAR 91.13 million in 2021, compared to SAR 26.07 million in 2020.
The company generated revenues of SAR 101.48 million in 2021, up 175.91% from SAR 36.78 million in the earlier year, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The earnings per share (EPS) settled at SAR 1.82 in 2021, compared to SAR 0.52 in 2020.
Meanwhile, the company's board has recommended a cash dividend distribution of SAR 37.50 million for 2021, representing 7.5% of the capital.
It is noteworthy to mention that in the first half (H1) of 2021, the company reported an increase of 159% in net profits after Zakat and tax to SAR 33.84 million from SAR 13.05 million in H1-20.
