Riyadh - Mubasher: SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company has inked a new strategic agreement with Fly Khiva Group LLC to provide integrated solutions covering air cargo ground handling services on 9 June.
Under the SAL Cargo Ground Handling Division, the listed group will provide comprehensive operational services ensuring the seamless flow of Fly Khiva’s operations in the Kingdom, according to a bourse disclosure.
These services include, among others, cargo ground handling, aircraft loading and offloading, and other ramp operations for flights operated.
Meanwhile, the partnership backs SAL’s strategy to enhance the efficiency and reliability of its services provided. It further strengthens operational excellence and supports the expansion of SAL’s integrated service portfolio across the air cargo ground handling services industry.
The yearly renewable agreement is expected to have a positive impact on the company's financial results over the duration of the partnership.
In the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, the national leader in cargo handling delivered net profits after tax worth SAR 156.60 million and revenue of SAR 445.78 million.
