Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) endorsed Sanad Cooperative Insurance Co.’s request to raise its capital after the insurance company fulfilled all relevant pre-requisites.
However, this approval does not entail the feasibility of investing in the company’s shares or subscribing to its priority rights, the agency noted.
