Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) said Thursday that the extraordinary general meeting of Saudi Bahraini Company for Transportation Ltd, a subsidiary, agreed today on liquidating the company and appointing a liquidator.
SAPTCO sees no material impact from the liquidation of the subsidiary on its financial statements.
