Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) started providing public buses in Riyadh and Jeddah under the Public Transport Authority's (PTA) supervision.
The Kingdom-based firm completed the procedures to launch these services through laying out operating plans as well as having new buses, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported, citing the deputy CEO Ahmed AlJohani as saying.
On Wednesday, SAPTCO announced signing a deal with Arriyadh Development Authority to operate the public bus services at a value of SAR 73 million.
