Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) said the term of its subsidiary Saudi Bahraini Transport Co. has been expired on 6 December according to its commercial register.
The expiry will not have a material impact on the company's financial results.
SAPTCO owns 40% of Saudi Bahraini Transport's capital reaching SAR 10 million.
