Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) announced it signed an agreement on 29 December to buy 300 King Long buses at a total value reaching SAR 107.9 million, which will be added to its local transportation fleet.
The company will take delivery of the new buses on 30 April, 2016, according to a bourse statement Wednesday.
SAPTCO also said the financial impact of the new buses will be shown on financial statements as of the second quarter of 2016.
It noted that the method of financing the deal would be announced later.
